Applicant Processing:
$35.00 non-refundable Applicant Screening Fee, per applicant listed. Credit history, criminal background, landlord history, and other resident selection criteria apply and will determine the eligibility to lease the apartment. All statements made on the rental application must be verifiable through a third party, not related to the applicant household.

- Take 66 W towards Winchester, go approximately 70 miles.
- Take the left Exit 1A onto 81 South.
- Take the second Strasburg Exit 296.
- At the top of the exit, make a right onto Route 48. Continue for approx. 20 miles.
- You will come to a stop sign in Wardensville, make a left.
- Continue through Wardensville, then veer to left onto ramp for 48/55.
- Continue for approximately 18 miles.
- Take first Moorefield exit. At top of exit, make a left.
- Continue for approx.. 1 ½ miles, see The View on the left, at top of hill.

- Take US-250/US-219/US-33/WV-92/Randolph Ave toward Scott Street
- Turn Left onto US-33/WV-55/Allegheny Hwy
- Turn Left onto WV-55/WV-28
- Turn Right onto Valley Street
- Turn Right to stay on Valley Street
- Turn Left onto Riverview Dr
- Road name changes to Van Meter Dr
- Road mane changes to Water Street
- Keep straight onto US-220/WV-28/WV-55/Virginia Avenue
